Friday, Nov 1st:
- 3pm - 5pm Early registration is open for early arrivers
- 4pm - 6pm Mental health training
- 4pm - 6pm Mass Choir rehearsal
- 5pm - 6pm Registration is closed
- 6 pm Registration begins for all
- 7pm Event begins
Saturday, Nov 2nd:
- 9:30 AM - Meeting Begins
- 12:30 PM - Lunch
- 2:45 PM - Breakaway Sessions in various rooms
- 5:45 PM - Supper
- 7:00 PM - Saturday Night Service
Sunday, Nov 3rd:
- 8:45 AM - Meeting Begins
- 10:45 AM - Brunch
