Pathfinders are a part of a worldwide co-ed scouting type organization sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Juniors and teens in Grades 5-12 are all welcome to join this ministry within the Minnesota Conference of the North American Division. ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION
Pathfinder Directors, we updated our application forms to on-line, excel forms for the annual club registration process, except for Form A. The new Pathfinder Year (2017-2018) is beginning and we will have you now fill in the Part B and C information online. The only form I will need you to download and return to me once it is signed is Form A.
NOTE: All staff must complete child protection online training and successfully complete the background check to be a fully registered club. Clubs will not be able to register for any events including all Camporees until they are a registered club through the Minnesota Conference. Start this process NOW if you will be having a 2017-2018 Pathfinder club. The Pathfinder Council has now extended the deadline until Dec 15, 2017.
If your church does not change officers until partway through the Pathfinder year, then you/club director need to pass on all Pathfinder information to the next leader taking charge, and give the Conference the updated club information.
