ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION

Pathfinder Directors, we updated our application forms to on-line, excel forms for the annual club registration process, except for Form A. The new Pathfinder Year (2016-2017) is beginning and we will have you now fill in the Part B and C information online. The only form I will need you to download and return to me once it is signed is Form A.

NOTE: All staff must complete child protection online training and successfully complete the background check to be a fully registered club. Clubs will not be able to register for any events including all Camporees until they are a registered club through the Minnesota Conference.  Start this process NOW if you will be helping with a club, so by the time registration comes in the fall your background check and training will be processed.

DOWNLOAD BACKGROUND CHECK INSTRUCTIONS AND ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION FORMS HERE

Both new and current clubs need to fill out the application forms and the online background check and child protection training. This process will need to be renewed every 3 years.
