Pathfinders are a part of a worldwide co-ed scouting type organization sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Juniors and teens in Grades 5-12 are all welcome to join this ministry within the Minnesota Conference of the North American Division. Active members enjoy club meetings, camping and service adventures designed to develop Christ-like citizens.

Training an army of youth to carry the message of a crucified and risen Savior to a world in need.  That's what we're all about!

Dont miss out on events! If you have not completed the annual club registration process with the Conference, the Pathfinder Council has now extended the deadline until December 15, for the 2017-2018 Pathfinder Year.  Clubs who do not have their Certificate of Operation will have to wait until the next Pathfinder year to participate in any events.

ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION

Pathfinder Directors, we updated our application forms to on-line, excel forms for the annual club registration process, except for Form A. The new Pathfinder Year (2017-2018) is beginning and we will have you now fill in the Part B and C information online. The only form I will need you to download and return to me once it is signed is Form A.

NOTE: All staff must complete child protection online training and successfully complete the background check to be a fully registered club. Clubs will not be able to register for any events including all Camporees until they are a registered club through the Minnesota Conference.  Start this process NOW if you will be having a 2017-2018 Pathfinder club. The Pathfinder Council has now extended the deadline until Dec 15, 2017.

If your church does not change officers until partway through the Pathfinder year, then you/club director need to pass on all Pathfinder information to the next leader taking charge, and give the Conference the updated club information.

DOWNLOAD BACKGROUND CHECK INSTRUCTIONS AND ANNUAL CLUB REGISTRATION FORMS HERE

Both new and current clubs need to fill out the application forms and the online background check and child protection training. This process will need to be renewed every 3 years.
